Located just behind London’s Oxford Street, the overall project was a £7.4M CAT A refurbishment consisting of major structural reconfigurations including the construction of two additional floors. The North, South and part of the East elevations were demolished with new brickwork and stone façades installed. Internal structural works included the relocation of the existing lift shaft to suit the buildings new layout. Inside the building the fit out included a full fit out with raised floors and suspended ceilings, new reception area, complete renewal of M&E services and plant, WC’s, plus replacement windows and doors throughout the building.

Nico were responsible for the demolition and Structural alteration works, comprising of the following:
